Healthy.me
An initiative of the UNSW Centre for Health Informatics, this project is building a consumer health portal to hold data such as medications and dosages, appointments and test results.
The primary users targeted for this application include individuals with a desire to monitor their health and wellbeing in a convenient and efficient manner.
A user-centric approach was adopted so that Healthy.me users can input test results and monitor their progress over time. Once logged into Healthy.me, users are able to browse 'journeys', which are specific health narratives, tracking different health-related data such as appointments and schedules, test results and medical team members. The Healthy.me project helps users monitor their progress over time, allowing them to input information at appropriate points.

Testimonial
“Intersect was able to provide us with specialised user interaction design skills at a critical moment in the development of the healthy.me consumer ehealth research platform.
It was a highly effective way to access system design skills for a short sharp burst, and Intersect filled the gap for us beautifully.”
