eResearch Analyst
Stuart Allen is Intersect's eResearch Analyst for Macquarie University.
Stuart is available for individual or group meetings, and to present seminars on all things eResearch.
eResearch Projects
Projects about to commence are:
- Flow Data Flow: a project which will provide a toolset to aid the management and cleaning of time-series sensor data.
The Australian National Data Service (ANDS) is funding a number of projects at Macquarie University. These include:
- A Glycomics Data Capture project involving mass spectrometers led by Prof. Nicolle Packer.
- Developing a national linguistics corpus involving Dr Steve Cassidy.
- Further Seeding the Commons and Data Capture projects will be announced shortly.
