Richard joined Intersect in October as the new eResearch Analyst for the University of Newcastle. Richard has a strong research background, with a PhD in Neuroscience from the Australian National University and postgraduate qualifications in IT.
For the last 5 years, Richard was developing and maintaining business intelligence and reporting systems related to aircraft maintenance at the Department of Defence.
At the University of Newcastle, Richard works closely with the Research Services team, the IT department and the Library team to bring Intersect’s services to all researchers.
