Rainfall

Available now
The Grain Growers Association Fuzzy Spatial Temporal Climate modeling project will combine the weather data collected on-farm by grain farmers with existing data from the Bureau of Meteorology (and elsewhere), to develop a new type of very local seasonal climate predictor. These individualised forecasts will then be delivered to thousands of grain farmers. The project is a partnership of the University of Sydney’s Faculty of Agriculture, Food and Natural Resources and the Grain Growers Association, and is supported by funding from the Australian Research Council.
Intersect developed the web form which allows farmers to upload rainfall data files.
