eResearch Analyst

Johan Boshoff is the UNE eResearch Analyst. Johan is available for individual or group meetings, help with creating HPC accounts, and to present seminars on eResearch.

Projects

University of New England has been heavily involved in Intersect projects. Projects include:

• NCW Beadle Herbarium: a project is to create a web based herbarium system to manage the lifecycle of plant specimens at the University of New England’s NCW Beadle Herbarium; and

• Entree: a project that links the NCW Beadle Herbarium to the Atlas of Living Australia.

Projects about to commence are:

• Flow Data Flow: a project which will help Southern Cross GeoScience clean and manage time-series sensor data.
