eResearch Analyst
Shahla Ghobadi is the Intersect eResearch Analyst at UNSW. She is regularly on the Kensington campus and can come out to other campuses as needed.
Shahla is available for individual or group meetings, or to present seminars on eResearch.
eResearch Coordination Group
The eResearch Coordination Group is composed of representatives from UNSW IT, the UNSW Library, the DVCR's office, the PVCR, and senior academics from various faculties.
The group meets bi-monthly. Please refer to contact details in the right sidebar.
eResearch Projects
Intersect Innovation Projects in use at UNSW or which will involve UNSW:
- Genomic Data Analysis - providing data management for UNSW's new next-generation gene sequencing facilities
- Australian Schizophrenia Research Bank - a web portal for a major longitudinal study into the causes of schizophrenia, run by the Schizophrenia Research Institute
- Flow Data Flow - soon to begin; data cleaning and alignment for time-series sensor data
